Smells Like Teams’ Spirit

1st February 23

Head of Sport, Henrietta took two teams to a regional ISA Netball Tournament in East London and the girls performed brilliantly. We asked Hen to explain why she was so proud of them.

“It was a really successful day at the ISA Netball today for both teams. Our Year 6s gained a lot of experience from playing against a range of schools at the tournament. They ended on a high by winning 3-0 against Sherrardswood. The girls showed great camaraderie and sportsmanship, and have come away as an even stronger team than they were when they arrived.

The Year 8 girls made it through to the quarter finals, winning two of their league games with some impressive netball skills. They are a wonderful team, who support each other in every way and show excellent resilience on and off the court. Well done to them!”
