First Elected/ Appointed: 2023
About: I joined Council as I wanted to give back to the School and its community. Having three children attend gave me unique insight and experience into KAS life and I felt that I was able to contribute to Council as an educational professional and parent.
All areas of school life interest me and, coming from the state sector, I am particularly interested in how liberal educational philosophies can enhance an individual’s experience. This includes how it can be nurtured and how it can be supported to create a robust learning environment. My educational and professional background is useful, as I came from a teaching background and was a Deputy Head of Sixth Form for many years. More recently, I completed a second degree in education, specialising in race and gender.
