Coronavirus Self-Declaration Form For Tours

Due to the ongoing situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the changes to travel corridor countries, we are requiring all visitors to King Alfred to fill out the self-declaration form below. We will then make the decision on access to our premises based on the answers provided below. **Please note, if there are different attendees from the same family or “bubble” only one form is required**

We kindly ask that all visitors follow the hands-face-space government guidelines and wear face coverings in all indoor communal areas, including WC’s.

Masks are available from Front of House and hand sanitisers are available at the entrances to Manor Wood and Ivy Wood.
