The MFL Department recently ran a t-shirt design competition around European Day of Languages. Students in Key Stage 3 were invited to come up with designs which represented what learning different languages means to them.
The eventual winner was Y7 student Nathaniel! Congratulations.
This is his design, representing Europe and the richness all languages bring.
Spanish teacher Alessandra told us: “We chose his design among the other entries because we liked that that he put stars on every corner and contained the whole of Europe in a star.”
His design will be entered into the official competition run by the Council of Europe. Fingers crossed!
Nathaniel is now the proud owner of a Linguascope cup and an Amazon voucher.
Well done, Nathaniel!
