Get Reading This Summer With The Upper School Library

11th July 16

What’s on your reading list for Summer 2016?

Jenny and Lili in the Upper School Library would like to hear about the books you read this summer. You can let them know what you’re reading by sending in a Summer Reading Postcard.

Summer Reading Postcards have been distributed to YR6 students, who will be joining Upper School next year as YR7s. Current YR7 students also recieved Summer Reading Postcards during their special project week.

Not sure what to read? Check out the Year 7- Year 8 KAS Library Recomended Reads. You’re sure to find something of interest, from great new YA stories like Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell to classics like Robert Louis Stevenson’s Treasure Island. All the books listed can be found in the school library.

To participate, all you need to do is jot down the name of a book that you read, write a few lines about why you enjoyed reading it, and post the postcard back to Jenny c/o The Upper School Library. All the postcards sent in will be displayed in the library so we can share our summer reading finds. Parents and teachers are invited to send in postcards too!

If you would like extra postcards, or you misplaced the one you recieved earlier, you can print one from the files below.
