Year 12 Performing Arts BTEC Taster Sessions

30th November 15

Do you know anyone interested in studying vocational Performing Arts in September 2016? Last year, we added an exciting new course to our Sixth Form program for students wishing to go down the vocational rather than academic route.

This is an opportunity to explore the Performing Arts from a professional and practical position. Regular theatre trips, master classes, international visits and performances will enable students to develop the skills they will need to succeed in this industry.

It has been highly successful and we are looking to recruit another group for next year. There will be taster sessions on Tuesday 26th January 2016 at 5pm.

The session will take place in the drama studio and will run for 2 hours, consisting of a performance from current Btec students, workshop and an opportunity for questions. It is recommended that students wear comfortable clothes for this visit.

Please pass on the details to anyone who might be interested. They can contact Lucy Hall, Head of Drama  on 0208 457 5250 or email lucyh@kingalfred.org.uk
