Countering-bullying Policy.

The King Alfred School is a community in which everyone is expected to take responsibility for their actions and to earn and give respect. Everyone in the school has the right to feel secure and to challenge unfairness. Bullying behaviour in any form conflicts with these principles and is unacceptable. Pupils are encouraged to talk to appropriate people about any difficulties and the school acts on each situation with understanding and fairness.
