Reception class entry at 4+

There are forty places available each year in our two Reception classes, twenty in each class. The first stage of the entry process is to send a completed registration form and fee. When the registration form is received, the child’s name will be added to the waiting list. The date of registration in relation to the child’s date of birth is an important consideration. In the autumn term of the year before the children are due to start school, the first forty children on the waiting list (in terms of how old the children were when they were registered) are invited in for a visit to the school, with their parents. Places are offered after the visits, for the following September.
