Occasional vacancies in Lower, Middle or Upper School

Children can be registered for entry at most ages, with the exception of Year 11 (halfway through GCSE) and Year 13, as occasional places do become available.
The first stage of the entry procedure for all years is to send a completed registration form and fee. When the registration form is received the child’s name is added to the waiting list.
If an occasional vacancy arises the next child on the waiting list will be contacted and invited into the school for a visit (a half day in Reception, one day in Year 1 and two days in all other years. During the visit the child will be with the class where there is a vacancy and during this time they will also complete assessments set by the school. Parents will be invited to meet with the head of Lower, Middle or Upper School, as appropriate. After the visits the school will decide whether or not to make a firm offer of a place.
