Maths Club

Maths Club has been going on regularly since October 2006. It is run each week on a thursday after school for about an hour and it is open to all ages.

We have spent the year tackling many problems involving topics such as topology, locus, probability and number theory.

We’ve also played many games such as Psychological Jujitsu, Nine Men’s Morris and Greedy Pig to name but a few.

A couple of the highlights from this year have been the Maths Trail which saw us following a series of clues around the school and the successful navigation through the Logic Maze.

Most of the remainder of this year will see us concentrating on 3D curve creation, an ambitious project.
